About MoltenCore: The Original Spark Slider Brand
MoltenCore is a family-run manufacturer of motorcycle and skateboard spark sliders, handcrafted in Schildow near Berlin, Germany. Founded in 2021 by Jonas Haug, MoltenCore created the spark slider category for motorcycles and has since grown to serve 19,000+ riders worldwide. Every product is assembled and quality-checked by hand, then shipped via DHL within 1–2 business days. Classified as sporting goods under EU consumer goods legislation, EU GPSR (Regulation 2023/988) compliant with 24-language safety documentation.
Our Story
MoltenCore was founded in 2021 by Jonas Haug, a motorcycle enthusiast who wanted a visual spectacle for cornering and knee-dragging that didn't damage his gear. The original CoreV5 Feetslider design solved the problem — embedded spark inserts that produce dramatic, long-lasting spark trails through controlled mechanical friction (no chemicals, no batteries, no pyrotechnics).
Within months, customer feedback drove development of additional product lines: Void Extreme Kneesliders for track-day knee dragging, ShardV7/V0 Elbowsliders for cornering elbows, VortexV3 Fingersliders for passengers, FlareV5 TailScrapers for supermoto and wheelies, and FlameTrails Extreme for skateboards.
Today, every MoltenCore slider is still handcrafted in the Schildow workshop near Berlin by a small team. Each pair is individually inspected before shipping.
